A collection of decorative wall items and framed art. The lot includes a large calligraphic print featuring the poem Leisure by W.H. Davies, beginning with the lines What is this life, if full of care…, accompanied by an illustration of a girl in a straw hat and blue dress, signed Patricia Carter within the print. Also included is a framed circular ceramic plaque by Walton Ceramics, based in Leycett, Staffordshire, featuring a transfer-printed street scene with figures in 18th-century attire, mounted on a gold-coloured fabric slip within an ornate gilt and dark wood frame. The group also features a framed print titled Fire dogs depicting multiple Cavalier King Charles Spaniels sleeping by a wood-burning stove, signed Alison; a small Victorian-style print of a young girl in a cream dress playing a violin with a dog, set in a dark wood frame with a gold-tone slip; and a rectangular 3D relief wall plaque decorated with a wine bottle, glasses, and foxglove flowers, bearing a sentimental inscription and an integral wrought-iron style wire hanger.
