A 1980s Echo Battery-Operated Toy Tank

A large-scale battery-operated toy tank manufactured by Echo, dating to circa 1984. The vehicle is constructed from plastic and finished in a three-colour camouflage scheme of green, tan, and black. It features a manually rotating turret with an elevating main gun barrel, which is tipped with a red translucent plastic bulb. The turret sides bear white printed markings MC 1027. The hull is detailed with various moulded features including storage boxes, tools, and grilles. The tank is fitted with black tracks on green road wheels. The underside includes a battery compartment and a speaker grille, suggesting light and sound functions. The base is clearly marked with a circular stylised echo logo, COPYRIGHT 1984, and MADE IN CHINA.
