Caithness Large Green Glass Presentation Plate c1960

This Caithness large green glass presentation plate, dating to circa 1960, is designed as a tazza or footed bowl. It features a shallow, wide-rimmed bowl in translucent emerald green glass, supported by a short, clear glass stem on a circular spreading foot. The bowl bears an acid-etched mark on the exterior side with the characters CAITHNESS SCOTLAND. The piece is designed in a mid-century modern style and is hand-blown. A British one pound coin is present in the images for scale.
