Description

This lot comprises two colour prints. The first is a limited edition offset lithograph by D.M. Hanson, depicting a historical Manchester street scene in Hazel Grove featuring trams numbered 26 and 35. The work is hand-signed in pencil by the artist D.M. Hanson in the lower right margin and is numbered 426/520, representing the 426th impression of an edition of 520. The print is mounted on white card. The second item is a modern colour reproduction print, likely a digital giclée, of Claude Monet’s Poppies (Les Coquelicots). The image depicts a landscape with figures in a field of red flowers and bears a printed signature Claude Monet in the lower right corner. This posthumous reproduction is presented in a cream window mount and sealed within a protective plastic sleeve.
